How can I book your services?
To inquire about availability, please complete the inquiry form on the Book The Luxe
Chef page. Once I receive your request, I’ll follow up within 24 to 48 business hours
with next steps and a custom quote.
What is your response timeframe for inquiries?
You can expect a response within 24 to 48 business hours. I take great care in
reviewing each inquiry thoroughly before reaching out with tailored information.
My event is in 48 hours — can I still book?
Last-minute events may be accommodated depending on availability. Please submit
your inquiry as soon as possible by contacting me directly at (561) 762-5460, and if
I'm able to serve you, I will do my best to make it happen.
What are your customer service hours for inquiries?
Inquiries are responded to Monday through Thursday between 10:00 AM and 6:00
PM EST and Friday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST. Weekend communication is limited
due to event scheduling but will be answered as soon as possible.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The deposit amount
will be detailed in your custom quote and goes toward your total balance.
Are there any additional fees?
Additional fees may apply based on service type, travel distance, staffing, rush
requests, or specialty rentals. These will always be clearly outlined in your proposal
— no surprises.
Do you travel?
Yes! The Luxe Chef offers travel for select events. Travel fees vary based on location
and logistics and will be included in your quote if applicable.
Are you located in Florida?
Yes, The Luxe Chef is based in Port St. Lucie, Florida, and offers exceptional
service throughout the state. Travel outside the state is available upon request.
Are you available on holidays?
Holiday bookings are accepted on a limited basis and are subject to availability. Due to increased demand, holiday rates and minimums apply. It’s best to inquire well in
advance if you're considering a special date.
